Subcontracting Plans
Submit subcontracting plans requested by Contracting Officers.
- Access from the Industry Information section
- Use the “Search” tab or ask the CO for a direct link
- Fill in Subcontracting Goals > Upload required documents > Submit before the deadline
- PDF copy available after submission
- Receive and respond to clarification requests
- Track approval status in your SBCX dashboard
