Create a New Opportunity

1. Go to: Industry → Teaming Opportunities → My Opportunities tab
   
   
2. Click Create New Teaming Opportunity.
   
   
3. Fill in the following fields:
   • Title and description
   • NAICS code
   • Response deadline

4.  (Optional) Upload any supporting files.

Search for Businesses

1. Use the SBCX Small Business Directory to search by:
   • Socioeconomic category
     
   • NAICS
     
   • Keywords

2. Review business profiles.
   You’ll see:
   • Public information from SAM.gov
   • Only shared details from the company’s Consent settings
       
     
3. Select businesses to notify.

Publish the Opportunity

Once ready:

• Click Publish
  
  

• Selected businesses will receive an email notification with the subject:
   "HHS OSDBU SBCX Teaming Opportunity Invitation"
  
  

Published opportunities will appear under your My Opportunities tab.
